In patrol state, a random point is taken in a predefined area and boar moves to this point. The boar has a hearing range (that increases during the game), every time the player character takes a step, a noise is emittedand if the boar hears it, it moves to noise location. When the player character enters in boar’s field of view, it follows the player and its speed variable is graduallyincreased.If the boar enters in trapscollider (when it is activated) or with player’s shotgun projectile, it is stunned for a while. If the player leaves its field of view for a certain time, boar returns to patrol state. If boar enters in player character collider,game is over.

Marcassins
In the editor, the marcassins number is set and at the start of the game all nests are set in an array. Nestsare randomly taken in the array and marcassins will spawn at those locations. When a marcassinis picked up by the player character, hearing range of the boar is increasedand a timer is started. When this timer expires, an empty nest is randomly selected to spawn anothermarcassin.
